A big thank you goes out from me to Natalie at Country Estates Benfleet Essex branch. I was acting as one of two executors in the sale of the bungalow and neither of us was local to the area. Natalie took care of all viewings, kept us informed throughout the viewing process and monitored and informed us as our buyers progressed towards their eventual purchase.
