Richard has worked for Countryside Estates since 1989 and manages the highly successful Benfleet Office. Living locally and 30 years' experience in the Benfleet market have given him a first class knowledge of the locality. He is extremely passionate about maintaining good old fashioned values, giving clients a professional and stress free service whilst recognising the potential pitfalls of the buying and selling process. He prides himself on his reputation for providing an outstanding service at all times.
Linda joined Countryside Estates nearly 25 years ago and quickly established herself as a very able estate agent. Keeping clients advised at every stage is her forte and they agree that her willingness to offer support and advice on marketing together with her expertise, passion and pride in customer service are vital to guiding them through the sales process. With an extensive knowledge of Rayleigh and the surrounding areas, she has built and maintains strong contacts within the local community as well as with local businesses, including our recommended solicitors, mortgage advisors and surveyors.
Stephanie has lived in the SS7 area for the last 26 years and has been part of the Countryside Estates team since 1999. Her main role is carrying out valuations but she is also involved with sales progression and all aspects of the day to day running of the office. Her professional, efficient and friendly approach ensures that every client receives the personal service they deserve which is at the core of Countryside Estates' ethos.
Lianne joined the Countryside Estates team in 2012 and her enthusiasm for estate agency soon shone through. She was recently awarded a Customer Service Accreditation for completing the ‘Importance of Customer Service’ training and is now a qualified Relocation Agent Specialist. She is proud to be part of a company whose expertise and customer relations are second to none and looks forward to building her career with Countryside Estates.
Vicki began her estate agency career at Countryside Estates in 2007. Young, determined and highly motivated, she rapidly earned a deserved reputation for excellent customer service. Having gained further valuable experience as Area Sales Manager for Jones Homes, she returned to Countryside Estates in 2014 (following maternity leave), with not only an enhanced knowledge of the property market but also unwavering enthusiasm and a keen interest in new marketing initiatives.
Natalie brought with her over 20 years’ experience in client & commerce support when she joined Countryside Estates in 2013. Her accomplished business background is a key asset and she wasted no time in putting those skills and expertise to good use whilst rapidly gaining local market knowledge from her highly experienced colleagues.
