A big thank you goes out from me to Natalie at Country Estates Benfleet Essex branch. I was acting as one of two executors in the sale of the bungalow and neither of us was local to the area. Natalie took care of all viewings, kept us informed throughout the viewing process and monitored and informed us as our buyers progressed towards their eventual purchase. We are very pleased with the service provided.

From the very start Stephanie kept us informed, chased up any issues, so our sale went through very smoothly, flawless from start to finish. Highly recommend using this particular Estate Agency, great service.

We literally wouldn’t have got our sale without Stephanie at the Benfleet branch. She went over and above what we would expect an estate agent to do to ensure that not only our property sold but that it went all the way through to completion, despite numerous problems further down the chain. Stephanie kept us completely up to date and worked tirelessly chasing up solicitors and other estate agents along the way. Stephanie was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and I would not hesitate to recommend her to everyone.

I cannot fault countryside estate agents for their help and support over which has been a very difficult time for me. Stephanie Jones has gone over and above her help, support and advice as well as being an exceptionally nice lady.
