After looking for my second property for several months, Nigel and Richard were exceptional at listening to my needs and matching suitable properties. The one they found was my dream home. In comparison to other agents, I found their listening to be one of their best qualities. I also absolutely have to commend both for their all round knowledge of what it takes to purchase a house. As buying the property for a first time alone, i found the process exceptionally difficult - mainly due to a mis-guided solicitor choice. Nigel and Richard were outstanding at keeping the sale together. I also found them exceptionally good at explaining the process to me -I found even the solicitors would bamboozle me with jargon. A quick call to one of the above and I would feel safe and explained. I cannot recommend countryside estate strongly enough. If you are a new buyer or first time in buying a large property, by choosing countryside you will have the best SUPPORT. I never write reviews but feel compelled that Benfleet use the RIGHT agents for a smooth process.....countryside all the way.
