I dealt with both Stephanie and Joe and I can confirm that both were extremely professional, helpful and knowledgeable at all times. They knew the local market very well and kept me abreast of all information throughout the purchasing process. The liaison they maintained with myself, sellers and both sides of solicitors was extremely helpful. They remained on top of the whole process, always having up to date and helpful information to provide. No matter what questions I asked or information/advice I requested/needed a 100% response was always given. I was never left waiting for a call back or having to chase, my calls were dealt with either straight away or I was called back the same day. Even when I wanted to view the property at short notice to ensure works had been carried out, Joe organised this immediately. Joe was always genuine, professional and helpful on every occasion I met him, a very nice chap. I never actually met Stephanie but that was not necessary as the relationship she built with me over the telephone provided me with plenty of confidence in her abilities to deal with the whole process. Stephanie is as genuine and nice as Joe, a great double act in my opinion! Having had a previous bad experience with another local estate agent before this purchase, and the fact that historically estate agents tend to have a negative stereotype, it was an absolute pleasure to deal with this agency and their representatives. On the day I picked up the keys to the property I had purchased, I was given a beautiful bouquet of flowers which was a wonderful surprise and totally unexpected. It just proved again how nice this agency are and that they always go the extra mile for their clients.
