Our first contact was with Richard the office manager. Of the three or more agencies we met this is the one we chose purely on personality. All info was given in a clear fashion with nothing hidden. From beginning too end this was an enjoyable experience with stress levels kept to a minimum. All visits to the office were friendly satisfactory. The level of help was unlimited. An altogether positive engagement.
